How to Join - IFS UK&I User Group

Thank you for your interest in the IFS UK&I User Group

Please have a look at our Constitution and the information below detailing the benefits of being a member and outlining who is eligible to become a member.

If you would like to join, please complete the Registration Form.  We do have some special offers running for new IFS customers and for FSM, PSO and CE customers, please speak to your IFS Account Manager or contact us directly if you would like details of these offers.

Once we have received your registration  form we will issue you with an invoice for membership.

If your company is already a member of the User Group, please ask your Primary Contact for the User Group to register you. All existing Member companies will receive an invoice for Jan 2023/Jan 2024 Membership at the beginning of January 2023. Please ensure that this invoice is paid before the end of March to ensure that your Membership does not expire, resulting in your colleagues being removed from the website.

The IFS UK&I User Group is a non-profit making organisation and the committee members are volunteers who give their time for free. This enables us to keep the Annual Membership fee to a very reasonable £300 +VAT (per company) to cover the administrative and event organisation costs.

The IFS UK&I User Group promotes and facilitates the exchange of information and opinions relating to the use of IFS software and other common IFS user discussion topics. We organise regular meetings, seminars and workshops on IFS related subjects. In addition, any issues and enhancement proposals highlighted by the Membership can be referred through to IFS to influence future application development.

The IFS UK&I User Group hosts this website, where you can find useful information about up-coming events and news from the User Group and other Members. You can view agendas, videos, photographs and slides from previous events and most importantly, you can network and communicate with other Members who work in the same Industry as you or who use the same: Functional Areas; or IFS Versions as you.

We hope you decide to join our ‘User Community’ by completing the Registration Form. We will then invoice you for the annual membership fee. Once this has been paid, you will be added to our mailing list and will receive a password for the Members Only section of this website, you will also be able to attend any of our events that you choose. Should you have any questions or require further information, then please do not hesitate to contact our User Group Manager on [email protected]
