Presenters

Scot Burton – Head of Service Delivery at Vanilla

Scot joined Vanilla in January of 2021 to assume the role of Head of Service Delivery where he will be managing the Project Delivery and Support functions. Prior to joining Vanilla, Scot has gained an extensive background in project delivery having been delivering projects in the software development arena for approximately 14 years across multiple countries. In the last 5 years, Scot has been working in management where he has been growing and defining project delivery process to streamline business operations with a heavy view of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Phil Haddon – Account Manager at Vanilla

Philip joined Vanilla in September 2020 to fulfil a new role as Account Manager for our installed base customers. Prior to joining Vanilla, he has spent over 19 years at IFS UK working in various positions, most recently as a Senior Account Manager. Philip has previous experience in a number of other roles including logistics director, IT manager and as a consultant, selecting and implementing ERP solutions.

Patrick Defives, Group Application Manager at Serimax

Michael McGinn, IT Manager at Tayto Snacks

Largo Foods, based in County Meath, Ireland, manufactures iconic brands such as Tayto, Hunky Dorys, King, and Perri. Largo also distribute the complete KP range of products in the Republic of Ireland giving Largo almost a 50 per cent share of the Irish snack-food market.
