Epiphany will be our usual mix of Customer Presentations, Partner Presentations and IFS Presentations in a friendly and welcoming environment.  There will be plenty of opportunities for you to meet your peers, share experiences, help solve issues and achieve best practise.  We will also have subject specific workshops and industry specific sessions.

The event starts on Monday 17^th June with a relaxed networking dinner.  On Tuesday 18^th June the conference will run from 8am to 6pm and will be followed by dinner and entertainment.  On Wednesday 19^th June, the conference will run from 9am to 5pm.

Please book early to avoid disappointment and to help prevent us from paying unnecessary cancellation charges.

There are three buildings on the Wyboston Lakes Complex – all within a 10 minute walk of each other – our event is being held in The Woodlands Event Centre and we will have 120 people staying in the Woodlands  We also have some people staying in the Hotel and in The Willows Training Centre – click here for the SITE MAP

Please note these important details:

• Once we have processed your booking you will receive an invoice.
• Your booking is not guaranteed until we have received full payment.
• When we receive your payment, you will receive a confirmation email.
• All invoices must be paid before the event starts.
• This is a Members Only event, your company must have paid Membership fees before the event.

We will share delegates’ details with the Sponsors of the event, (IFS & Partners) this will be on the condition that they do not share them with anyone else and they do not contact you more than once as a result of us sharing this information with them, (unless they have your prior permission).  If you do not want your details to be shared, please let us know.

There will be a photographer at the event, taking photos for us to use in future promotional material and on our website. Please let us know if you do not wish your image to be used.

By confirming a booking:

You are agreeing to accept the following cancellation charges:

50% cancellation fee for bookings cancelled within 6 months of the start of the event.
80% cancellation fee for bookings cancelled within 2 weeks of the start of the event.
90% cancellation fee for bookings cancelled within 1 week of the start of the event.
100% cancellation fee for bookings cancelled within 72 hours of the start of the event.
