Achieving Business Improvement from an upgrade to IFS Applications 10 with Michael Dick from First Milk.

Michael managed the upgrade from IFS 7 to Applications 10 at First Milk. Their existing solution was customised to their business needs at the time of implementation, however, as their business changed the solution became less effective. The focus of this upgrade project was to improve processes around the use of their solution and for it to not just be a technical upgrade. Michael and Jo will present an overview of the implementation, the key learning points and the results.
