The deprecation of the Crystal Reports plug‑in in IFS Cloud 26R2 creates a real challenge for IFS customers: which replacement solution to choose and how to manage the transition while maintaining organisational continuity.
This full-day session gives the User Group community the opportunity to explore partner offerings, hear the strategies of other members, and discuss the real options and how they can work in practice.
Following a short introduction from the User Group and IFS, including responses to pre-submitted questions, the day moves into an interactive partner rotation format. Attendees will work in small groups, rotating between 10 partners for 20 minutes of direct, open discussion – providing the chance to explore partner offerings, hear different approaches, test assumptions, and understand the realities behind each option.
Key insights and questions will be captured throughout the day and brought together in a closing discussion to share common themes and lessons learnt.
This isn’t about promoting a single solution. It’s about helping members:
- understand their real options
- recognise the trade-offs
- leave with clearer next steps

A practical and honest day focused on finding your IFS Cloud Crystal Reports replacement solution, along with your supporting transition strategy.
