ENIGMA – Our annual conference 2026, is the biggest and best event of the User Group year. The agenda will include over 50 varied presentations and workshops for you to attend. Attendees will benefit from having opportunities to talk to representatives from over 20 of the IFS Partners, around 30 members of the senior IFS Team and most importantly, many of our members, the IFS Customers. We provide lots of opportunities for you to meet your peers, both from the same industry as you and those with similar interests to you. This enables you to share experiences, learn from each other and hopefully identify and achieve best practise.

BOOKING NOTES:
Please note the following:
- Book early to avoid disappointment – last year all bedrooms at the venue had sold out 3 months before the event started.
- The Early Bird prices will end on the 16th April at 5pm – all prices will then increase by 20%.
- Bookings will close at 5pm on Friday 22nd May 2026 – no exceptions.
- Once we have processed your booking you will receive an invoice.
- Your booking is not guaranteed until we have received full payment.
- When we receive your payment, you will receive a confirmation email.
- All invoices must be paid before the event starts.
- This is a Members Only event, your company must have paid Membership fees before you can book the event.
CANCELLATION CHARGES:
By booking, you are agreeing to accept the following cancellation charges:
50% cancellation fee for bookings cancelled within 6 months of the start of the event.
80% cancellation fee for bookings cancelled within 2 weeks of the start of the event.
100% cancellation fee for bookings cancelled within 1 week of the start of the event.
GIVING YOU CHOICES:
We will share delegates’ details with the Sponsors of the event, (IFS & Partners) this will be on the condition that they do not share them with anyone else and they do not contact you more than once as a result of us sharing this information with them, (unless they have your prior permission). If you do not want your details to be shared, please let us know by carefully ticking the boxes on the bookings form.
There will be a photographer at the event, taking photos for us to use in future promotional material and on our website. Please let us know if you do not wish your image to be used, by carefully ticking the boxes on the bookings form. If you do not wish to be included in photos, you will need to provide us with a photograph of yourself, so that the photographer knows who you are.
