Focus Groups are designed for active users of a part of the IFS functionality set to explore the functionality, share experiences and develop a ‘hit’ list for IFS’ Development Road-map.

The day will be led by Donna Gates who has been using IFS Projects across a number of businesses and IFS Versions for many years and is currently implementing Applications 9. She will be supported by Mark Carr from IFS.

There will be no ‘teaching’ sessions, but please bring your experiences, problems and frustrations!

We are delighted to be holding the first of our sessions specifically designed for you, the IFS Users, to influence the direction of IFS Applications in future releases.

 
The day will be led by Andrew Pettit and Anthony Bourne from IFS UK and Björn Archenholtz who is the IFS Product Manager for Manufacturing in R&D. The team will update you in the latest news and current product direction and then the floor is yours to discuss future enhancements and extensions to the manufacturing modules. Come along with your ideas and discuss them with the people who matter at IFS.

The IFS User Group Committee invite you to join them at the 2016 Conference in November.

The theme this year is ‘Today, Tomorrow and Beyond’. Our usual focus on getting the most of your IFS investment today and looking forward to what else you can do tomorrow, is being extended to facilitate your involvement into what IFS will look like in the years beyond.

A key part of our first day’s activities will be the opportunity to meet with some of the IFS product owners and discuss with them the current product development objectives and what you believe IFS should look like in future releases. None of us can predict the future, but you know what challenges you face today and what your business and industry believe will be the opportunities tomorrow. Come and share those thoughts and help IFS to develop the product you will need to make the most of the opportunities as they arise.

Details of how these Round Table sessions will work and how to book your seat in the discussions will be announced shortly. Space in each session will be limited to facilitate everyone’s involvement so booking will be essential. If some sessions fill up quickly we may try and add some extra ones on these topics.

The ever popular ‘Surgery’ sessions with IFS consultants and the IFS’ Management Team will be offered again this year, booking will be available shortly. It is always helpful to the IFS team if you can indicate the subject of the discussion.

Following feedback from previous conferences, we have tried to increase the number of user led sessions this year and include a couple of sessions on more general management topics.

A number of the IFS Partners will be attending including Anthesis, Cedar Bay, Cooper Software, DinERP, ITWorks Mitec, Pagero and Pro DBA. Come and find out how they can assist you in either making the most of what you already have or even helping you upgrade for the future.

The cost of attending the User Group Conference is shown below. There is a ‘20% Early Bird Discount’ for booking before 22nd October. Once again you have the option of staying the night before the conference to meet the committee and fellow users. We will be hosting a gala dinner on the second evening including entertainment. If you do not wish to stay either night, just book the Conference Pass which includes lunch and refreshments (VAT will be charged at the prevailing rate):

Welcome to the IFS Customer Summit and Annual User Conference 2017

We are delighted to invite you to register for the combined IFS Customer Summit and Annual User Conference 2017 running over three days from Tuesday 21st to Thursday 23rd November.  IFS are co-hosting this year’s event as a combined Customer Summit and IFS User Group event.     

With an ever changing economic, political and social environment combining with increased legislative requirements, this year’s theme attempts to address this ‘Agility and Control – Striking the Balance’.

As a combined Customer Summit and IFS User Group Event, non members who are IFS Europe West customers are welcome to attend.  As a benefit of membership, members of the IFS User Group will received substantially subsidised prices.  If you would like to register for membership please contact .

We have a varied and interesting schedule planned, with IFS, Customer and Vendor sessions.  You will have the opportunity to book on to meet the expert style “Surgeries” and themed “Round Table” discussions.

There will also be plenty of opportunities to network throughout the day, as well as some interactive evening entertainment.
