Dear IFS User

As an existing IFS customer, you are already aware of the significant benefits of using IFS Applications to support your business. If only that was the whole story, then I expect the User Group would not need to exist. In reality however, there are always challenges associated with any system and some of these can be very difficult to resolve without experienced external support. This is one of the key areas where a User Group can help and I would like to briefly introduce you to the benefits of becoming a member.

The User Group promotes and facilitates the exchange of information and opinions about the software and other common IFS user issues. It organises regular meetings, seminars and workshops on IFS related subjects and acts as the channel through which IFS UK communicates with its users. In addition, UK user issues and enhancement proposals are coordinated through the User Group to influence future application development.

To encourage direct user-to-user communication, the User Group hosts this website, where you can find useful information about forthcoming events and news from IFS and other users.

The User Group is a non-profit making organisation and all of the committee members are volunteers who give their time for free. This enables us to keep the annual subscription charge to a very reasonable £250 per company to cover the administrative and event organisation costs.
